In the settlement process, Steve is the Firm’s initial contact person for buyers, sellers, agents and lenders and the closing coordinator. Steve orders titles and surveys, fields all title insurance inquiries and assists with scheduling. He also works on the back-end assisting in real estate post closing matters.

Steve is a seasoned title agent and has worked for the law firm's affiliated title agency, Park Place Title Ltd., since 1998. He is licensed by numerous Virginia title underwriters. Following his original career as a telecommunications technician he acts as the liaison for the law firm for its Information Technology, telecommunications and equipment needs.
